Effect of Nozzle Port Shape of Fuel Injector of Micro Gas Turbine Engine Combustor on Mixture Gas Formation for Combustion

چکیده

The objective of this study was to optimize the design injection nozzle hole fuel injector a model MGT engine. To achieve higher combustion efficiency mixed gas in chamber, first, well-mixed homogeneous should be formed accelerate flame propagation chamber reach temperature and pressure. In study, four different shapes were designed, formation characteristics numerically analyzed. Three parameters—the penetration, diffusivity, amount injected—were analyzed compared find optimum shape with highest chamber. CFD analysis conducted using general-purpose (Computational Fluid Dynamics) code-named PHOENICS (ver. 2020). Based on results, it found that penetration length (lp), diffusion angle (θ), volume flow rate (Q˙f) injected Model 3 had best for condition Especially, 3, which directly affects output power engine, increased by more than 5%. This result is useful informative making sample combustor performance test turbine
